Archiving Policy

The Journal of Clinical and Community Health (JCCH) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. To achieve this, the journal implements a reliable archiving policy as follows:

  1. Digital Archiving

    • All published articles are permanently stored in the journal’s official website and database.

    • JCCH uses secure servers with regular backups to protect against data loss or corruption.

  2. Open Access Repositories

    • The journal allows and encourages authors to deposit published versions of their articles in institutional repositories, subject-based repositories, or personal websites, with proper citation to the original publication in JCCH.

    • Articles published in JCCH are also indexed and preserved through recognized academic databases to ensure long-term availability.

  3. Preservation Strategy

    • JCCH adheres to international digital preservation standards to guarantee the accessibility of its content for future generations.

    • In case the journal is no longer published, all content will remain accessible online to preserve the scholarly record.

By maintaining these archiving practices, JCCH ensures that published research remains permanently accessible to the global scientific community.
